How To Send Payments To School

J0395766 Baker is a very active school.  Currently, students can bring money to pay for ASP, Breakfast, Lunch,  Field Trips, Special School Activities, Lost Books and PTSA sponsored events.

Any money sent to school should be "clearly labeled."  Printing the student's full name, teacher and grade level are very important in making sure the payment is applied properly.  Also, please be sure to indicate the amount enclosed and date the payment is sent to school.  It is important to remember that we are unable to return change.

Cafe_envelope Breakfast and Lunch money should be sent in a green envelope like this one.  Payments can be dropped in the drop box in the cafeteria.

Asp_envelopeASP Money should be returned to school in an ASP envelope only.  You may enclose payments for more than one child.  Please be sure to indicated on the envelope who the payment is for.  If more than one student is listed, indicate how much should go on each account.  These payments can be dropped in the black ASP Payment box by the inside gym doors.

Payments for field trips, lost/damaged books, book clubs, and special Student_payment_envelope school activities should be placed in a white student payment envelope.  One envelope can contain payment for more than one activity (for instance a lost  book payment can be included with a field trip payment as long as it is clearly indicated on the envelope).  Cafeteria and ASP payments should never be placed in a white student payment envelope.  These payments should be placed in the large white safe by the inside gym doors.

Envelope_from_home Often, PTSA will sponsor an event for which you need to make reservations or they will collect money for a specific purpose (ex. spirit wear).  Parents/guardians will need to supply an envelope to return the reservation/payment to school.  Please be sure to mark the envelope with the student's name, teacher, grade, purpose of the payment, amount enclosed and date returned to school.

If you have any additional questions about sending payments to school, please contact me at 770/975-6629.
