Ms. Lee

Eve2

Hi! Let me introduce myself. My name is Eve Lee. I love being an assistant principal AND a Baker Bear. Baker is a wonderful place to work, learn, and grow!
      I was born in
Kansas City, MO and moved 7 times before I was in the sixth grade. Nashville, TN was my home for 17 years (GO VOLS!!!!), before moving to Marietta 24 years ago. Now I live in the mountains of Jasper, GA. It is a long commute, but what a view...Fall_fun_030
My original career was in marketing. My most important career was that of mother and homemaker. I am the proud mom of two wonderful sons. They are: Greg, age 26, and Turner, age 25. Both live in the
Atlanta area, so I see them often.
My teaching career began when my boys were in elementary school. I went back to college and received my certification for teaching at Kennesaw State University (KSU). Fortunately, I was hired to teach at Davis Elementary right after I graduated. After having taught there for nine years, Dr. Jones hired me to come to Baker as the Instructional Lead Teacher.
I earned my Masters in Educational Leadership from KSU in May 2005. Currently, I am involved in the third, and hopefully final year of a long-distance program through Walden University, to earn a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. Thus far, the program has been a valuable educational experience.
I am very fortunate to be working with such exceptional educators here at Baker!
