Welcome to my blog! Here's a little about me...
I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from SUNY Geneseo and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Kennesaw State University in Early Childhood Education. While a native of New York I have lived in the Atlanta area for 19 years. I live around the corner from Baker with my husband, three kids and a dog. My kids attended Baker even before I began teaching here. I enjoy spending time with my family, cheering my kids on at all their events, and reading on the beach at St. Simons!
This is my 7th year at Baker Elementary. I love teaching kindergarten because the children learn and grow so much in that year. The smile on a child's face when they realize they can read is priceless! I look forward to a wonderful year in Kindergarten!
